A two-year graduate development programme designed to provide institutionalized knowledge and on-the-job training for unemployed South African graduates.The programme will help build solid work experience and increase employability prospects.Progress is assessed every six months to ensure that the programme meets expectations for both the candidate and Transnet Freight Rail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured two-year graduate development programme
• Receive both institutionalised knowledge and on-the-job training
• Work in various functional areas within Transnet Freight Rail
• Progress will be assessed every six months to ensure that the programme meets expectations
• Increase employability prospects by gaining work experience

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Safety Management or related field
• No prior work experience required
• Must be a South African citizen
